Wedding planning is *usually* notorious for one thing: stress. We get it. There are a ton of details to think about every step of the way, but don’t forget there are also some true highlights to wedding planning. So, try to stay positive through the tougher parts and hold on to the fun moments, like picking out your wedding dress!

Speaking of fun, we’ve put together a list of our favorite Wedding Dress Trends for 2020 that we think are super fun. Let’s do this!

Clean & Simple

The 90’s are inspiring fashion across the board in 2020, and wedding dresses are no exception—with clean and simple designs, minimalist designs full of nods to 90’s design. Speaking of the 90’s, mock turtlenecks are a huge part of this trend and we couldn’t love them more, like this Paloma Blanca gown.

Capes & Trains

The trains are long and the capes are fabulous in 2020. We’ve seen the cape trend recently and it is not going away this year—regal vibes are a big theme this year.

Statement Bows

Big statement bows were everywhere! And as true Southerners, we couldn’t love this trend more. While plenty of wedding designers are adding these trendy embellishments onto their 2020 collections, our seamstresses have actually even added some statement bows onto gowns that don’t have them! We love this “Southern Modern” inspired look.

The “Free-Spirit” Dress

This trend continues to be a bridal favorite. Perfect for the romantic, ethereal, and whimsical bride. The flowy skirts are so much fun for twirling and dancing the night away.

It’s All About the Back

Some brides like a plunging neckline, but most brides are favoring a plunging back lately. That’s right, the back is the new front! We are loving the rise of plunging, barely-there backs.

Whatever trend you’re looking for, we’ve got several styles to show you! And hey, if you’ve got your OWN unique trend-setting style, we’d love to help you with that too! Just hit that handy dandy “Book Now” on our Contact Page. We can’t wait to see what styles you choose!
